Dear Client,

All of our apartments have modern furniture and all needed home appliances to make your stay comfortable. If you rent a an apartment with our agency,  you will pay about 40 - 60% less in comparison with a similar room in a hotel. We offer first class and economy apartments at reasonable price.

Not all of our apartments are placed on the website. We have many apartments, all of them are located in the very center of the city, close to our office. Just inform us about your demands and we will provide you with the best one that will meet your requirements.

Each apartment has a Steel lower door entrance that is locked at night. Plus a steel cage door and Steel Entrance door at your apartments. You  don't have to worry about security in these apartments as it would take a bomb to get into one of them without the key.

NOTE: We can find you an Ukraine apartment for as low as $35.00 a night if you want, but you get what you pay for.
Each apartment has a DVD player and cable television. English DVD's are available for rent.
Deposit for 2 days is required. Refunded by check/paypal when you leave. Your  deposit is used as a reservation deposit until you arrive. If you fail to arrive you deposit is non-refunded .

 Located on Sovetskaya Street #12. 1 minute to walk from metro station.
Located in the very heart of Kharkov.  24hr water and power. Wi-Fi connection. Modern appliances. Private phone. Television and DVD Player. Microwave oven. Washing mashine

3 room apartment. Located on Ivanova Street, close to our office. Perfect location combined with great design and functional features will satisfy the most demanding visitor.  Beautiful living-room in pink-red colours with  round bed. Another room is soft green.  There is AC in every room.
